Relaciones interdimensionales en la gestión organizacional: un estudio de las habilidades directivas

Resumen
El presente estudio explora las relaciones entre distintas dimensiones de la gestión organizacional, tales como recursos humanos, capacitación, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, análisis de mercado y delegación en empresas de diversos sectores. A través de un análisis correlacional, se identificaron patrones y relaciones que sugieren cómo la gestión empresarial influye en la cohesión de los equipos, la eficacia del liderazgo y la inversión en la formación de los empleados. Los resultados muestran una fuerte correlación entre liderazgo y trabajo en equipo (0.739), así como entre capacitación y liderazgo (0.585), lo que sugiere la importancia de un enfoque integrado en estas áreas para mejorar el rendimiento organizacional.
