Labor market skills in industry 4.0

Abstract
Technology and digitization have generated changes in the organization of companies, which has been reflected in the labor market and in the skill requirements demanded by the productive sector. The objective of this work is to: identify the hard and soft skills that the labor sector demands with respect to industry 4.0, in order to generate a descriptive analysis. The study is exploratory, with a quantitative approach and descriptive scope, as an information collection technique, data compilation was applied through the global West job market during the August-September 2021 period, analyzing 34 job offers related to industry 4.0. The most demanded academic training is computer systems engineering, while the "hard skill" is big data and the "soft skill" most in demand for this study is proactivity and adaptation to change.
